Connect Services - Commercial

Customer Service is located at 206 S. 6 Street.   Lobby hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m.and drive-thru hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays, excluding holidays .  Application for utility services may be made there in person, by telephone (772) 466-1600, ext 3900, or for added convenience, you may fill out our Commercial Online ApplicationPlease print the application and fax to (772) 467-3115.

To ensure service, our office should receive applications before 4:30 at least one business day before the service connection is needed.  New construction will usually require more than one-day hook-up.  Please be sure your application for service includes the name and social security number of the person responsible for the bills; the correct street address, including apartment number; and the correct mailing address for billing.  Also, please be sure to include a telephone number where someone may be reached if we have a question about your account. 

All applications for service will have a credit check done through our credit-reporting agency. In the event we are unable to verify your positive credit rating, a deposit will be required. Residential deposits are applied to an account after two years of satisfactory payments. Interest is paid annually on deposits.
