The FPUA Customer Inquiry System (CIS) allows customers to access current account information from any touch tone phone 24-hours-a-day. All you need is your account number to access CIS.

When you call (772) 466-1600, you will be asked if you wish to use this system. Customer Service Representatives will continue to be available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

• Dates of payments
• Check numbers
• Regular business hours
