Disconnect Services

Customer Service is located at 206 S 6th Street. Lobby hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m.and drive-thru hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays, excluding holidays. Notification for disconnecting services may be made there in person by fax (772) 465-0764, or over the telephone (772) 466-1600.  For added convenience, you may fill out our form below.
