Pay Over the Phone

FPUA accepts Master Card and Visa credit card payments over the phone. This convenient option eliminates the necessity of coming to one of our locations to make payments.

Pay Via EZPay

You can have your utility bill payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account each month. With FPUA’s EZPay, you save time, save stamps, and never forget to pay your monthly utility bill. Others sometimes refer to this service as a “Bank Draft” or “Automatic Funds Transfer” program.

When you sign up for EZPay, you will receive a monthly statement showing the amount of the bill with instructions NOT to pay. The amount of the bill will be deducted from your bank account approximately 20 days after the billing date. To sign up, just call FPUA Customer Service at (772) 466-1600 or fill out our online form, sign it, and bring it to our office or mail it in.
