Pay Over the Internet

FPUA accepts Master Card, Visa, and Discover credit card payments through our Online Services. You can pay your bill online or just check the status of your account. Online Services gives you access and it’s free! Registering for FPUA’s Online Services gives you fast, easy access to manage and pay your accounts.

Pay by Text

Powered by Invoice Cloud is a new easy way to pay your FPUA utility bill. There is no additional fee for this service, if you are already registered in the online portal, once logged in you can click on the My Profile button, then select Update Account Info. In the dropdown, you are able to select how invoice notifications are sent with email & text being an option. If you are not already registered, simply complete the registration process, save a payment method and select pay by text.

Pay Over the Phone

FPUA accepts Master Card, Visa, and Discover credit card payments over the phone. This convenient option eliminates the necessity of coming to one of our locations to make payments.

Pay Via AutoPay

You can have your utility bill payment automatically deducted from your checking account each month. With FPUA’s AutoPay, you save time, save stamps, and never forget to pay your monthly utility bill. Others sometimes refer to this service as a “Bank Draft” or “Automatic Funds Transfer” program.

When you sign up for AutoPay, you will receive a monthly statement showing the amount of the bill with instructions NOT to pay. The amount of the bill will be deducted from your bank account approximately 20 days after the billing date. To sign up, click the link below To Register Now.

All bills are accepted at the above locations including: past due accounts, disconnected accounts (which require reconnection), and current accounts. There is no charge for payment at off-site locations. All payments at the off-site locations are processed as if you are making the payment at FPUA. SEACOAST BANK only takes current bills, NOT past due or disconnected accounts.
